United Way of Muskingum, Perry & Morgan Counties is investing $9,116.16 in Addressing Food Insecurities for Children at Bookmobile Stops, a program that provides nutritious, shelf-stable food packs to children visiting Perry County District Library bookmobile locations during the summer months. This investment will help combat childhood hunger by ensuring children in underserved and rural communities have access to food when school meal programs are unavailable, while also connecting them to valuable educational and literacy resources.
